The GOOD thing about my car breaking down is that one of my friends called me right when I realized I was stuck, and she was able to come get me. Another GOOD thing about my car breaking down was the fact that another friend was going out of town for a week or so, so he let me borrow his truck. The BAD thing about borrowing a truck is that it makes me want to get one!
The GOOD thing about both of my roommates moving out of the state is that I will no longer have a huge gas bill during the winter to heat my 10' ceilings. Another GOOD thing about both roommates moving out of state is that they can't really take perishable items with them. Can we say frozen foods? ( : They both enjoyed buying plenty of chicken, vegetables, and even some ready-made meals. I'm set for a while. It's also nice to live on my own again. There are plenty of perks to having your own place. The BAD thing about living on my own is that there is no longer someone to share the bills with me.
The GOOD thing about being released from my calling of almost two years is that I now feel like I can visit the single's wards in Reno more often, and maybe even venture to a family ward here in Carson. Another GOOD thing is that I don't have to feel guilty during soccer season when I spend close to 20 hours a week coaching.
Change is GOOD, and I'm grateful that it has come down my path again.
